How can I train myself for speed, power and stamina?
Well, i want to start free running (parkour), and everything I’m reading says you should start by having those three things.
I’m not too out of shape, but I’m there (not obese or anything of the sort, just average). I have exercise-prone asthma, but when I take medication before a workout, and a fast acting inhaler (if I need it), it usually isn’t a problem. I like to push myself fas far as I can go, but I know my limits as well.
I was just hoping I could find some ways to train these three things to get myself started for parkour.

After your normal workouts, go run STANDS!!. This will build everything you are looking for plus a greater appreciation for your normal workouts. Stands,which some people call stadiums, are when you go to the bleachers at your gym or football field, and begin running up and down the stands.
